Michael has been retained as a mediator, facilitator, and consultant by independent and Catholic systemic school systems, individual schools, congregations, and university colleges. He has worked across a variety of sectors including government, health, aged care, education, corrections, law, and community services.

Experienced in workplace investigations, school audits and reviews, Michael assists community sector  organizations  meet their compliance expectations and to prepare for accreditation and audit.  He has provided facilitation and consultancy support to the Columban Missionary Society (Australia, New Zealand) from 2017 to 2020 and to the General Council of the Society (Hong Kong) from 2020-2021.

In 2019 he joined the Columban Safeguarding Committee (Oceania). In 2021 Michael was appointed Safeguarding Support Officer for the Scalabrinians, St Francis Xavier Cabrini Province (Australia & Asia).

In 2023 Michael joined the Audit panel of Australian Catholic Safeguarding Limited.

Michael’s specialty areas include, human resource management, policy writing and development, facilitation, mediation, and problem solving, reviews and audits.
