Michelle Scobie – Auditor Profile

Ms Michelle Scobie, Partner at Integroe Partners, is an accredited and qualified auditor with significant experience in conducting audits and in supporting organisations in readiness for audit processes. Michelle is able to provide support for organisations proactively seeking to audit their current status with respect to safeguarding practices, and to organisations required to audit in line with specific standards such as the National Catholic Safeguarding Standards (‘NCSS’).

Michelle brings senior management experience and vast knowledge of public, private and not for profit systems and processes to her audit process projects. Michelle’s background in safeguarding in faith-based organisations and aged care settings, health administration, child protection and disability service management contribute to her capacity to analyse complex matters and develop a deep appreciation of the issues related to service quality and compliance.

Michelle successfully tailors audit processes to meet the needs of her clients. Her outstanding communication and negotiation skills, along with strong risk assessment and management skills regularly achieve positive outcomes for all involved. Michelle’s capacity to analyse and deeply understand complex issues facilitates the achievement of effective outcomes for all parties.
